These services range from rapid 24/7 emergency response to preventive maintenance. In addition to these services, DAEL Telecom is able to respond to issues on short notice. We are available for all Service Level Agreements related to radio and transmission networks and we can provide our own professional engineers or take a supervisory role and support your own field service engineers. This service allows for deployment of engineers throughout The Netherlands for first line maintenance or in case problems arise.
