Service and maintenance
DAEL Security has a large team of service engineers. These engineers are stationed at our Schiphol, Maasdijk and Eindhoven sites, thereby guaranteeing quick intervention in case of malfunctions. Our service engineers comply with the strictest requirements set by legislation and regulations and by the manufacturers that we represent. Depending on specific demands and applications required by clients, DAEL Security can offer a range of Service Level Agreements (SLA’s). This, in combination with the appropriate spare parts support, ensures that clients are guaranteed fast and effective maintenance – preventive as well as remedial - of all systems.
