DAEL Group opts for Mercedes-Benz vans for another 3.5 years

MAASDIJK – Last week, the cooperation between DAEL Group and Mercedes-Benz Dealer Bedrijven was confirmed with an extension of the agreement for at least another 3.5 years. A recognition on the partnership with MBDB that has been around for five years.

This means that DAEL Group is, again, opting for Mercedes-Benz for the expansion and renewal of the existing fleet. It is expected that a large number of new delivery vans will be added to the current fleet in the coming years. The signed agreement covers all agreements from purchasing process to maintenance of the new delivery vans. Last Friday, Fleet manager Etienne de Maat put his signature under the document on behalf of our organization. Etienne: ,,The DAEL Group focuses on safety and reliability for the performance of our services. With the help of this collaboration, we can continue to guarantee our mobility in the future."

The new Mercedes-Benz vans are equipped with Euro-6 engines that meet the latest emission standards of the European Union. These engines ensure efficient combustion, paired with low fuel consumption and low CO2 emissions. DAEL has been pursuing an active policy for a long time to reduce the impact of the company's activities on the environment and the delivery of the new cars is part of these efforts. The cars are also equipped with both the efficient Sortimo interior as with the Track & Trace system Cartracker.
