DAEL Data & Electro signs contract for new business premises "Paulina' at business area Honderdland

MAASDIJK – Today, Friday 27 November, DAEL Data & Electro signed the contract fot the new building project called 'Paulina' at business area Honderdland fase II in Maasdijk. The construction of this impressive office building will start in the beginning of 2021. If everything goes according to plan, the building will be set to work by the end of 2021. DAEL Data & Electro has been commissioned to install the complete electrical installation of this new building.
The real estate company 'Van der Hout Vastgoed BV' realises the zero-energy multi-tenant office building 'Paulina'. The premises will be built in the final fase of the expansion of business area Honderdland in Maasdijk. The sustainable design of the building and the installations will be completely energy-neutral. Solar panels will provide the building with electricity and it will be heated by heat pumps.
DAEL Data & Electro has been commissioned by Van der Hout Vastgoed BV to take care of the complete E-installation of the new office building. Construction company Van Mierlo is the contractor of the project and Leenders & Van Zijderveld BV will take care of the project management. Operations will start in Februari 2021 and according to plan the new business premises will be operational by the end of 2021.
Office building Paulina will be a zero-energy multi-tenant office that has a concious choice of materials and therefore takes a step towards a circular building. The bullding will exist of a floor with offices, meeting rooms, flexiplaces, a catering sector and a imposing atrium. In all components of the building you will find green elements: a botanical garden with tropical trees in the atrium, a green rooftop terrace and a lot of natural light.
