In 2026 we celebrate a special milestone: 25 years of DAEL. What started as an ambitious idea of two brothers has grown into a strong and innovative group of companies that makes daily impact. A quarter of a century of building, growing and especially working together.
The beginning: a dream that came true
Twenty-five years ago, DAEL was created from a clear vision: combining high-quality technical solutions with real involvement with customers and employees. With guts, perseverance and a team that always wanted to go a step further, we developed from a local player into a national – and in some areas an international – partner.
Every milestone came from the drive to innovate and help our customers with increasingly complex challenges. From specialist projects to long-term collaborations: together we laid the foundation for who we are now.
Growth through cooperation
We could not have achieved any success without the people who form DAEL. Colleagues with a passion for their profession, customers who trusted us and partners who wanted to build the future with us. Thanks to them, we were able to continue to grow, develop new services and expand our expertise to multiple disciplines within technology and infrastructure.
Looking back and looking forward
We use this anniversary year to reflect on the moments that have shaped us. In the coming months we will take you through the most important chapters in our history. Because 25 years of DAEL is more than a number. It is the stories, the milestones and especially the people that make this trip special.

While we look back, we mainly look forward. The world is changing rapidly, and technology is playing an increasingly important role in this. In the coming years we will continue to invest in innovation, in sustainable solutions and especially in the development of our people.
