Work is in full progress at Freight Line Europe’s new premises

MAASDIJK – At the beginning of March the first pile for the new business premises of Freight Line Europe was driven. At the moment work is in full progress on the business area Honderdland in Maasdijk where this new premises is arising. The fully conditioned building not only comprises 4.000 m2 cooled space, but also extra cooling cells and 1.000 m2 of office rooms. DAEL Data & Electro takes care of the complete e-installation and weak current installation.

 Freight Line Europe, a transport company specialised in temperature controlled food logistics to and from the United Kingdom and France, chose to build a new business premises on the strategically located business area Honderdland in Maasdijk. The building of this state-of-the-art, multi-layered Crossdock Centre started at the beginning of March 2019 and is expected to be completed and operational in the beginning of 2020. The new premises will be fully equipped with among others a car wash for the fleet and a parking deck for passenger car. It is also designed for efficiency, better logistical routing and it has more space for all processes.

Our Data & Electro engineers started two weeks ago with the construction of the complete electrical installation and weak current installation. In the coming weeks seven of our engineers will take care of among others the electrical, lightning, and camera installation, the fire alarm, anti-break-in, and evacuation system, the installation of WiFi and data network and the access control. Our partner company HNL Group is also involved in the building of the new premises. They will take care of the lightning protection of this building.
