24/7 maintenance service
DAEL Telecom has a 24/7 available maintenance service. This service allows for deployment of engineers throughout The Netherlands for first line maintenance or in case problems arise. We are available for all Service Level Agreements related to radio and transmission networks and we can provide our own professional engineers or play a supervisory role and support your field service engineers.
Once you have invested in a system or network, the continuity of your system or network must be guaranteed. Preventive maintenance contributes to maximum reliability. We maintain various kinds of hardware, regardless location or whether found in server room, roofstops, in masts, or datacenters. You can also involve us in your own maintenance schedule. And, if landlords have problems with repeater stations, we will take responsibility on your behalf and communicate with them using our client-friendly approach.
