DAEL Security employees participate in training program Nuctech Mobile Scanner

This month, twelve Field Service Engineers from DAEL Security have followed a training program to learn how to provide the best possible service and maintenance to the Nuctech Mobile Scanner. This with the aim of serving our customers more effectively and efficiently in the future. In various sessions, the basic skills for operation and system maintenance were taught.
The training program - which was given in collaboration with the Chinese company Nuctech - focused on the entire process and system operation of the Nuctech Mobile Scanner. DAEL Security has already deployed several of this scanners at various locations in the Netherlands. In addition to the installation of the scanner, the complete preventive and corrective system maintenance was also assessed.
Twelve DAEL Security employees took part in this training program called 'Train the Trainer'. During this period they gathered valuable practical experience for working with the Mobile Scanner and they also created more sense for the subsystem and their various components. With this training, DAEL Security enables itself to deliver a quality improvement in its service to one of its esteemed customers. Moreover, after completing the program and passing the final test, the engineers are able to pass on acquired knowledge to other employees within the organization.

The training program took place at one of the locations where the Mobile Scanner is currently stationed. By giving the training, Nuctech plays a positive role in promoting the innovation of screening of freight in both the Dutch ports and elsewhere in our country.
